You are someone who isn’t afraid to get dirty and wrangle through personas and system flows. You understand that user experience is more than just a buzzword. You’re curious about the world and the web and like to try new things.
You enjoy taking complex concepts and designing simplified experiences that delight users, and know when to use a pen and paper, low-fi wireframes or other means to get your point across. You are able to create and identify taxonomies, interaction patterns, and personas; and identify use cases, document and articulate them throughout the software development lifecycle.

Design (from concept to delivery) comprehensive web and software application experiences to meet business and client needs.
Work in collaboration with creative managers, product/business analysts, UX/UI designers, and graphic designers to generate new product strategy / innovation concepts.
Perform and present findings for system Heuristic analysis.
Draft and outline Personas (and their touch-points) from target-market research.
Conduct benchmarking on UX trends and long-term product goals
Create comprehensive journey maps and user workflows while identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas of improvement.
Create low and high-fidelity wireframes to communicate product functions to stakeholders
Provide Redline/specifications to ensure fidelity of the final output.
Superior knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, After- Effects and other tools like Sketch, Axure, Invision and Apple Keynote.
Strong ability to defend design decisions with solid rationales based on UX principles, user research, and product knowledge
Knowledgeable in wire-framing tools, storyboards, user flows, and site mapping
Master’s Degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or Industrial Design.
Interaction design, User-centered design, Service design, Mobile interface, Design research, Wire-framing, Virtual mock-up, Rapid prototyping, Data visualization and Usability testing and tools such as Sketch, Axure, Adobe suite, Apple keynote, Invision.
